Gecko Waterlab detection chamber
The Waterlab detection chamber is a key component of the Gecko Waterlab smart monitoring system. It works in combination with the multiparameter sensor (pH, ORP, temperature) and the in.touch 3+ module to provide continuous, automatic water quality analysis in your hot tub.
The Waterlab system monitors spa water in real time, eliminating the need for manual testing. It tracks essential parameters and sends data directly to your smartphone via the Gecko Smart Spa Control app, which generates personalized water care recommendations.
The chamber is installed in a bypass line beneath the spa shell. Water is drawn from the filtration circuit, passes through the chamber where the sensor performs its readings, and is then returned to the spa. This bypass setup ensures accurate and stable readings, unaffected by turbulence or treatment chemicals in the main flow.
The chamber’s body is threaded to receive the Waterlab sensor (sold separately). It is mounted horizontally, in a protected but accessible area under the spa, without direct contact with the bathing water.
Compatibility
This chamber is designed to operate exclusively with the Gecko Waterlab system and must be used with the sensor, the in.touch 3+ module, and a compatible Gecko control system such as the in.ye or in.yt.
Maintenance
The chamber itself requires no special maintenance. However, regular inspection of the sensor and occasional cleaning of the chamber interior are recommended. Depending on the setup, the chamber can be opened for access to the sensor without draining the spa.
