Special conditions for made-to-measure covers
The present sales conditions apply to any individual or legal entity (the Customer) purchasing a spa cover from Tubs Parts. All other conditions are only valid after written confirmation from Tubs Parts.
The warranty is applicable to products delivered and used in France.
Any spa cover order is only registered if it is sent directly to us through our website, or by mail. Tubs Parts does not accept cover orders by phone or email. Covers are payable with the order.
The dimensions required to manufacture the cover (length, diameter, radius, etc.) are provided by the Customer. It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the dimensions are correct to avoid any risk of error. The customer's confirmation of an order is worth good for agreement of manufacture. The sketches, photos and illustrations appearing on our Internet site or any other communication medium are given for information purposes only and must not be considered as contractual.
Manufacturing and delivery of custom spa covers requires 4 to 6 weeks depending on seasonality and order volumes.
Shipping times are only given as an estimate, and we could not be charged of any delay payment. The customer agrees not to give discharge to the carrier until he is sure that the cover is in perfect condition. It is imperative to check its condition at the time of delivery, before the departure of the deliveryman. Refuse the delivery in case of doubt. Any reservation referring only to the packaging will not be accepted. Note that the mention "Subject to unpacking" or "Subject to verification" has no legal value.
Withdrawal right
Our spa covers are custom made at the request of the customer, according to the dimensions provided by him. Therefore, they can neither be returned nor exchanged, except for manufacturing errors on our part.
If the cover delivered does not comply with the dimensions provided by the customer and is the result of an error on our part, we will refund or exchange the cover.
Warranties
Tubs Parts guarantees the conformity of the product in accordance with Article 1641 and following of the Civil Code. Therefore, in the event that the cover presents a defect or lack of conformity that makes it unfit for use or that reflects a major functional difference from the characteristics defined on Tubs Parts, then Tubs Parts will proceed to the required repairs or replacement.
All custom-made covers on the site are guaranteed for two years from the date of receipt by the Customer.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing defect and malfunction of the cover, either on the materials or the assembly. The warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear of the cover, including (for example) the discoloration of the cover due to exposure to sunlight or washing under improper conditions. The warranty does not apply if the cover degrades too quickly due to misuse.
