HydroAir Genesis 700W variable-speed blower - Click to enlarge

This HydroAir brand variable speed blower fits most portable spas. It allows you to choose the intensity of the air jet as well as its heat at the nozzle outlet. The blower is 700W and the air heater 250W, for a total consumption of 950W.

To prevent water backflow into the blower, the air hose between the blower and the spa must include a double air loop or gooseneck that will pass above the water level, and one or two non-return valves. If water has entered your old blower, remember to check the condition of the check valve and replace it if necessary.

A small keypad with three keys is used to control the blower if necessary.

The blower comes with a union for 32 mm pipe. You can also choose a 1-inch pipe union.

Cable and plug
This blower is available pre-wired without a plug or with a AMP plug.

Installations equipped with a mini J&J plug must select the AMP plug option and use a adapter from AMP to mini J&J (sold separately), or reuse the cable from their existing pump if it is in good condition.

2-year Tubs Parts warranty

Note that the 2-year warranty does not apply to the carbon brush, also known as a motor brush, a graphite bonding agent that conducts the electrical current between stationary and rotating wires inside the motor. The carbon brush is a wearing part with a life expectancy of approximately 1500 hours.
