KB251 headrest

This headrest is installed on hot tubs manufactured by Passion Spas, Ligne Spas et Wellis (old models), among many others. It is fixed with two pins on the back of the headrest.

The plastic insert is not included.

Since headrests can react badly when the free chlorine level in your spa is higher than 3 ppm, Tubs Parts recommends that you remove them when they are not in use.
